Ripple has filed a Letter Notice of Supplemental Authority on March 20 in support of their fair notice defense, but the SEC responded by stating that the excerpts cited do not provide a basis to deny their motion for summary judgment.

The SEC also clarified that the cases mentioned by Ripple do not even involve a fair notice defense. While pro-Ripple lawyer Jeremy Hogan thinks that the Voyager order is good for Ripple, the legal quandary between Ripple and the SEC may soon end, as attorneys working on the case believe that Judge Torres might rule on summary judgment motions about the Ripple’s XRP sales in the coming days.

There are three possible outcomes, including victory for either Ripple or the SEC, or the case going to trial.

Ripple President Monica Long remains optimistic about reaching a positive resolution in the SEC case.

Even if the main US crypto exchanges have delisted XRP, it still continue to be traded globally , from Europe to Asia.
